Eco-Certification

One of the core points of our project is to eco-certify old gardens that already work in an organic way simply because they don´t spray or plow.
This is why our premium oils from rescued orchards, although coming from unspoiled environments, do not yet have the eco-label and need your support to reach that goal.
You see, part-time olive farmers, mostly senior people, are not prepared to walk the complicated road to the certification for organic agriculture, at least not alone.
Therefore we organise this process, the talks, inspections and paperwork and pay the fees. We also help the farmers to receive the corresponding aids offered by the European Union.
