sweet almonds and apple, decent bitterness with a peppery finish.

Health benefits: This is an olive oil with extremely low acidity (0,19%), an extraordinarily low peroxide level (7) and a very high polyphenol content (around 400mg/l), which basically makes it a medicinal food that fights cellular oxidative stress, balances blood cholesterol levels, reduces risk of chronic, degenerative disease, and strongly supports controlled blood sugar levels.
